Hydraulic Control Butterfly Valve is an advanced pipeline control equipment at home and abroad. It is mainly installed at the inlet of hydraulic turbine of Hydro power Station, or installed in water conservancy. Electric Power, water supply and drainage and other types of pump station pump outlet, to replace the check valve and gate valve functions. When working, the valve cooperates with the pipe host, according to the hydraulic transition principle, through the preset opening and closing procedure, effectively eliminates the water hammer in the pipe, realizes the reliable cut-off of the pipe, and plays the role of protecting the safety of the pipe system.

Description

The main features of the product are as follows:
1. can replace the pump outlet of the original Electric Gate Valve and check valve functions and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic system integration as a whole, reduce the footprint and infrastructure investment.

2. Elector-hydraulic control function is complete, without additional configuration can be used as an independent system on-site debugging. Control; can also be used as a unit of equipment in a distributed control system (DCS) , centrally managed by a central computer through a 1/0 channel, with pumps. Turbine, by-pass Valve and other pipeline equipment to achieve linkage operation, and with manual functions, no power supply can be realized when manually open. 3. Good controllability, large adjustment range and strong adaptability. 4. The main valve seal for three eccentric metal seal or double eccentric rubber seal structure, open and close easily. Reliable Seal; and an additional increase in the ECCENTRICITY, so that the valve has a good self-closing, self-sealing performance. Medium and Small Diameter Butterfly Plate is designed to streamline flat structure, large diameter butterfly plate design surface double flat truss structure, water flow smoothly, valve flow resistance coefficient is small, energy-saving effect is obvious.
